Engineering discipline, applied end to end.

A career built on making systems reliable — and, more recently, on building one myself from the ground up.

I'm a Systems Engineer with 15+ years of experience spanning software quality, ISO 9001 implementation and institutional platform administration in Colombia. After relocating to Canada in 2020, I spent two years in focused professional development and requalification, then joined Costco Canada to build direct, hands-on experience inside a high-standard North American operation.

In parallel, I founded and led AppointSuite as Product Owner — a multi-tenant booking and CRM system — coordinating solution design, client onboarding and production deployment, and leveraging AI-assisted development to turn business requirements into working software. It's proof I can take a real operational problem from idea to working, production software, not just describe one.

Trained in ISO 9001 environments — I default to structure, documentation and traceability, not just working code.

Product ownership

AppointSuite was defined, coordinated and delivered by me as Product Owner — from the functional data model to the client-facing booking flow — working directly with the client to gather requirements and iterate.
